Data center disruption causes service outages - We are working on a solution

Die Ursache für die Probleme wurde behoben und alle Systeme laufen wieder normal. Im Zeitraum des Incidents kam es durch starke Lastspitzen zu Problemen die sich auf die verfügbare Netzwerkbandbreite ausgewirkt hat. Deshalb kaum es zT. zu kurzen (< 2min) Unterbrechungen der Verfügbarkeit.

Derzeit bestehen die Probleme weiterhin für einzelne Instanzen. Wir haben Maßnahmen zur Stabilisierung der Situation getroffen und arbeiten an einer Lösung.

There is currently a problem in the data center that is causing increased latency and outages for some services. Our team is investigating the incident and working closely with our service provider to identify the cause of the disruption and find a solution as quickly as possible.
